WA 95  Robert Parker's Wine Advocate, December 2014

(WA93-95 points) The 2013 Musigny Grand Cru, which as usual comprises just two barrels this year, has an endearing boysenberry, raspberry preserve and forest-floor-scented nose (also a little reduction.) The palate is underpinned by fine tannins and a keen line of acidity, gradually building to a harmonious finish whereby the oak is deftly interwoven. This is an assured, elegant Musigny in the making, not dissimilar in style to the Musigny from Domaine de la Vougeraie. - Neal Martin

BH 95  Burghound, January 2015

(BH93-95 points) This is also quite restrained with its brooding array of earthy red cherry and plum liqueur aromas that display top notes of violet and spice hints. Here too there is plenty of size, weight and power to the solidly mineral-driven medium-bodied plus flavors that are shaped by fine tannins that contribute to the refined mouth feel of the very firmly structured and beautifully complex finish. This is also exceptionally promising but definitely for the patient.
